Why do we ask for your email?

With your consent, we use your email for one notification when Ready for MRI launches. We also send the confirmation email needed to verify your request and may reply to requests you make about your subscription. This does not sign you up for a newsletter or promotional series. We do not ask for your name, health information, scan date, phone number or payment information.

Confirmation and consent

You join the confirmed launch list only after using the confirmation link in the email. Submitting the form or opening a confirmation page alone does not make you a subscriber. Brevo may retain an unconfirmed request in its confirmation or delivery logs; it is not a confirmed launch subscriber.

Providers and technical information

Brevo manages confirmation, launch-list membership and email delivery. Cloudflare hosts and protects the website, including anti-abuse verification. These providers process necessary delivery, request and security information as well as your email. They may process data outside your country. Contact us for information about the provider arrangements and safeguards applicable to your data. We do not add advertising pixels or optional marketing analytics to this prelaunch site.

How long is information kept?

We keep your confirmed email on the active launch list while your requested notification is outstanding. We remove it from that list after the notification is sent, if the launch is cancelled, or when you withdraw. We review whether the list is still needed at least every six months. Confirmation/delivery records are handled with the provider; a limited record may be kept to honor an opt-out, handle your request, or meet a justified record-keeping obligation. You can ask about those records or request deletion. This notice covers the launch list, not a separate relationship you may have with FOTOOL LTD.

Unsubscribe or request deletion

Joining is optional. You can withdraw at any time: unsubscribe instructions. You can also request deletion by emailing [email protected] from the address you used. We may need to verify the request. We stop the launch notification and remove waitlist membership without automatically deleting unrelated account records. If a limited record must be kept, we will explain why. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before it.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information or exercise other applicable data-protection rights. Contact [email protected]. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office or another applicable regulator.
